Inspiration

The project is based on the same model Mehrauli itself is based - Branching. The streets of the village are branching from a central spine and themselves branch into narrower sub-lanes. These streets run their lengths and end up colliding and forming density hubs at several points. The project takes this idea of a Central Spine - Sub Lane model by also striking a relation with the form of a Tree.
